1. What styles and sizes does Chiclume offer? We offer modern men’s clothing in sizes S–3XL. Our collection includes:

  • Casual shirts, button-downs & polos
  • T-shirts, hoodies & sweatshirts
  • Chinos, jeans & trousers
  • Jackets, blazers & outerwear
  • Complete casual and smart-casual outfits

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unworn items in original condition with tags attached. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong size, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your clothes true to size and comfortable? Yes! We use premium, breathable fabrics with excellent stretch and recovery. Most styles run true to size. Please refer to the detailed size chart and customer photos on each product page for the best fit.

7. How do I care for the clothing?

  • Machine wash cold with like colors
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Avoid bleach to protect colors
  • For better longevity, wash inside out Specific care instructions are on each garment label.
